FAQ
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, and delivery then takes 2 to 5 working days by courier. So most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days. We'll email your tracking as soon as it's on its way.
My order seems delayed. What should I do?
If your tracking hasn't updated or your rug hasn't arrived in the expected window, email us with your order number and we'll chase it up for you straight away.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your rug. For a change of mind, the rug should be unused and in a resaleable condition. If a rug is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll put it right at no cost to you.
How do I return a rug?
Email us at support@yourruggallery.co.uk with your order number and a quick note on the reason, and we'll talk you through the next steps.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return postage, and we'd recommend a tracked service. If a rug is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the full cost of returning it.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches us and is checked, we'll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method.
Your Rug
How do I care for my rug?
It depends on the rug, so always check the care label first. As a general rule, vacuum gently and deal with spills promptly by blotting rather than rubbing. Our care guide has more detail by rug type.
Are your rugs washable?
Many are. Our washable rugs are machine washable at home and made for busy rooms. Look for the washable filter, or browse the washable collection to see the full range.
My new rug has creases or folds. Is that normal?
Completely normal. Rugs are delivered rolled, so slight creasing settles on its own within a few days once the rug is laid flat. Gently reverse-rolling it or laying it in a warm room speeds this along.
Is some shedding normal?
For certain rugs, particularly wool and shaggy styles, light shedding is normal when new and eases with regular gentle vacuuming. It's a natural part of the material, not a fault.
